1.Bottle unscrambler---unscrambling the plastic bottles in disorder manually to the air conveyor
2.Air conveyor---Conveying the empty bottles by air force, and arranged between the bottle unscrambling machine and the rinser, filler & capper monobloc.
3.Rinser,filler,& capper monobloc---continuous rinsing, filling and screwing for producing fruit juice or tea beverage with plastic bottles
4. Cap feeder---offering the sterilized caps to the hopper of the capping system of the mobobloc machine
5.Cap sterilizer(tilting conveyor)---With its tailor-made conveying chains and the grippers made of rubber running along the torsional track, the machine is suitable for sterilizing the bottle caps with the own high temperature(≥80°C )of the beverage within a certain time(30~45sec). Also, the treatment can soften the seaming pads inside the caps, and improve the seaming effect between the caps and bottle mouths.
6.Tunnel cooler---With its showering tunnel, the process of dropping temperature rapidly of products keeps the nature of the beverage and makes prepare for the next process.
7.Blow dryer---It adopts high efficiency and high-pressure fans to remove the water from the outer-surface of the bottles. It ensures the quality of labeling and packing.
8.Visual inspection---It is used for visual inspection after the filling process to eliminate the inferior goods.
9.Shrink sleeve labeller---The machine performs the process of label sleeving and shrinking.
10.Shrink wrapping machine with electric oven---Packing the products
The capacity is from 3000bottles/hour~36000bottles/hour,We also offer the carbonated soft drink /beer/ thick sauce/ glass or plastic bottle bottling line
